Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes. All of our products are authentic and can be verified through official vendors.

Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: 15 iPhones is our MOQ due to our supplier’s high MOQ policy. For all other products there is no MOQ but there is a sliding scale of discounts depending on how many you want to order.

Q: Can you provide me with a sample phone before I put in an order that meets your MOQ?

Q: What are your payment Terms & Conditions?
A: We strive towards on-line credit card security by giving you the largest array of payment options available. Protecting your credit card integrity is of utmost importance to us. To minimize the risks associated with card-not-present transactions we may require you users to: 
Present the copies of the original credit card and/or Drivers License ID.  
Send a copy of your most recent bank statement. 
Sign a release form when retrieving the package. 

Q: What are your shipping Terms & Conditions?
Aa: If a shipment is rejected by you because of customs clearance charges or gets returned to us due to restrictions your country has in place regarding the importation of the goods you purchased with our assistance, you will be held liable for return shipment and/or all other miscellaneous fees incurred by us that are associated with that return.   Ab: The shipment of your items depend on the availability and the option you choose. In stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We will give an estimated date of shipping for pre-ordered items. We generally ship the items out on the date we specify unless there are unforeseen circumstances.  

Ac: Domestic shipping fees and International shipping fees are non refundable under any circumstances. Shipping costs include our handling costs, administration costs and processing fees, none of these are refundable.  


Q: What are your Custom duties and Tax Terms & Conditions?
A: You are responsible for custom duties and domestic taxes, you will be responsible for any additional duties charged in the package‘s destination country. You may request to declare your merchandise at either wholesale value, full value or gift value. Declared values are your insurance value for your package meaning: Should your package be lost or damaged in transit MediaUnlocked.com can only issue a claim with the shipping company for the declared value of the package. This is the amount that will be refunded to us and then to you. You fully agree to these terms once you have chosen your declared value/insurance option. MediaUnlocked.com will not make any exception and will refund solely the amount requested by you to be declared while placing your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, our prices include free shipping within the US and Internationally. We use Fed-Ex, DHL or UPS for most shipments. All shipments will be sent using insured and trackable delivery.

Q: Will you offer discounts for bulk/wholesale orders over your MOQ?
A: Yes. Please contact us with for more information and please state how much of what you want and how often you want it and we can quote you a better price if the amount is not covered within our sliding scales listed on the page for each individual product.

Q: What are your refund/exchange Terms and Conditions?
A: We offer a 7 day exchange policy if your order becomes damaged due to shipping. We unfortunately do not offer any returns or refunds due to the nature of the transaction.  

Q: What are your Cancellations/Changes to my order Terms & Conditions?
A: If you wish to cancel your order after we have charged your Credit card then there is a 5% cancellation fee that will be charged.
